Ralph's Transmission exceeded my expectations and the entire process of getting the transmission rebuilt on my F150 was smooth and easy. They were always polite and informative when speaking with over the phone and in person. Steve did an amazing job. My truck drives like new. The results well exceeding my expectations. What a fabulous experience it was dealing with Steve, I highly recommend Ralph's Transmissions! Steve took the time to listen to me about the problems I was having with my transmission, explained the possible causes and offered a repair estimate that was completely accurate. A few days later after he rebuilt my transmission he took the time to show me the old parts and pointed out the many problem areas he had discovered.
